• Minimum rental time is 3h; for weekends, it is 5h.

• 23% VAT must be added to the stated prices.

• Settlement only based on a company VAT invoice.

• Rentals outside of studio working hours (i.e., 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) incur a +50% surcharge on the standard price.

• Free cancellation of a reserved date up to 7 days before the rental date.

• Cancellation up to 3 days before the date is charged at 50%.

• Cancellation 1 day before the date is charged at 100%.
