General Regulations of Studio Station
Effective from 12.09.2024
§1 General Provisions
Studio Station, hereinafter referred to as the Studio, is located in Kraków at Plac Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 3.
Paweł Zając Rigel, based in Kraków at Łużycka 57/88 30-658, registered in the Business Register under NIP: 6791892882, REGON: 357029010, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, is the owner of the Studio.
Entities using the Studio rental services under commercial law are referred to as Tenants. The Studio is not available for rental to private individuals.
The Studio may be rented for photography sessions, video recordings, and other artistic and commercial activities in line with its intended purpose.
§2 Obligations of the Tenant and Lessor

The Studio is rented for a time slot specified in the reservation.

The rental time starts and ends at the time confirmed in the reservation.

All preparations, equipment setup/dismantling, personal decorations, and cleanup must be completed within the rental period.

The rental period is considered finished when all session participants leave the rented space.

Delays do not extend the reserved time. Early departure does not entitle the Tenant to a refund.

Five minutes before the rental period ends, Studio staff will enter the room for inspection.

The Tenant must return the space and equipment in the same condition as received, including turning off and storing equipment properly, returning furniture and decorations to their original places, and removing any waste generated during use.

The Lessor reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if necessary.

The Tenant agrees to use the Studio equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and report any malfunctions immediately.

Photography equipment may only be operated by individuals with technical knowledge and skills. The Lessor may refuse equipment use if competency is lacking.

Photo sessions involving animals must be pre-arranged. Any damages caused by animals will be compensated by the Tenant. Rental sessions with animals may be shortened by 15-30 minutes for cleaning purposes.

The Tenant assumes full financial responsibility for the condition of the rented room, equipment, and props. Damages will be compensated at market value.

Requests for additional services, equipment, or props must be made in advance. Availability of non-standard items is not guaranteed.

The entire Studio is under 24/7 surveillance for security purposes. The Tenant must inform all session participants about the monitoring.

Violation of regulations may result in the Lessor refusing future cooperation.
§3 Studio Usage Rules

Entry into the Studio’s cyclorama area is only permitted in clean indoor shoes and without outerwear.

The Studio may not be used for illegal activities.

Special effects such as smoke, confetti, soap bubbles, and artificial snow require prior approval from Studio staff.

Nude models must carry an ID confirming their age. Underage models cannot participate in explicit or erotic photoshoots. Creating pornographic content is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal consequences.

Strollers, bicycles, scooters, and similar items are not allowed inside the Studio.

Bringing additional equipment requires prior consultation with Studio staff.

Walking on the cyclorama is only allowed in clean shoes. High heels and shoes that could damage the surface must be protected.

Modeling lights cannot be used for filming or as continuous lighting for photography. LED lamps are available for these purposes.

Food and drinks are allowed only in designated lounge and kitchen areas.

Changing backdrops or moving Studio equipment without approval is prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, consuming alcohol, or other substances is strictly prohibited in the Studio.

The Lessor is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
§4 Reservation and Payment Conditions

Reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the rental date.

Payment must be made upon reservation. Failure to pay will result in reporting to BIK and BIG institutions and civil proceedings to recover dues.

Rental fees follow the price list available at Studio Station Pricing or individual agreements.

All prices listed are net amounts and are subject to 23% VAT.

The minimum rental period is 3 hours.

Failure to comply with the regulations will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, even if paid.

Reservations made less than 12 hours before the rental must be paid within 1 hour of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Payments can be made in cash at the Studio or via bank transfer based on an issued invoice.

Delays or early termination of sessions do not qualify for fee reductions or refunds.

Sessions with 9+ participants or special requests are subject to individual pricing.

Additional costs for backdrops, extra equipment, and extended time are settled after the session.

If rental duration conditions are not met, the reservation may be canceled, requiring a new booking compliant with the regulations.
§5 Changing or Canceling a Reservation

Only the person who made the reservation can modify or cancel it.
-
Free reservation changes are possible up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Changes made later than 7 days before are not allowed and will be charged based on the time remaining.

To change a reservation, contact Studio staff.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the rental date are free. Cancellations up to 3 days before incur a 50% fee.

Changed reservations must be used within 30 days of modification and must be fully prepaid.

Cancellations within 3 days before the rental date incur a 100% fee.

If a rescheduled booking is for a lower-cost period, the difference will not be refunded or credited. If the new booking costs more, the difference must be paid in advance.

Each reservation can only be changed once.

Discounted or promotional bookings cannot be modified or canceled.
-
Reducing the rental time after payment is considered a cancellation.
§6 Final Provisions

Payment and participation in a session confirm acceptance of these regulations and all details listed on Studio Station’s website.

The Lessor reserves the right to change these regulations.
-
Complaints regarding service quality must be sent to info@studiostation.pl. The Studio will respond within 14 days. Complex cases requiring further investigation may take up to 30 days, with notification to the client regarding delays.
