Margaret Babicz
Founder / Artistic Director / Educator
Her journey began with the Polish Championship in the 1980s – since then, she has continually proven that hairdressing is not just a craft, but above all, an art and a creation.
Today, she is a member of the elite group of the Alternative Hair Show, where she co-creates extraordinary shows at the legendary Royal Albert Hall in London and at industry galas in Berlin and Vienna.
Her specialty is cutting, coloring, and styling, which have inspired hairdressers and clients for years. She creates hairdressing that transcends boundaries – from the everyday salon to the stage of international fashion shows. As co-founder of the educational platform babiczonline.com, she shares her knowledge and experience with future generations of hairdressers. Since 2021, she has also been developing her skills in the international club Master Education Program Alternative Hair Show.
Paul Babicz

Two-time winner of the Alternative Hair Show and the only Polish winner of the prestigious International Visionary Award at the Royal Albert Hall in London. At the invitation of Open Academy International, Vinokurov & Friends co-created shows and photoshoots during industry galas in Berlin and Vienna.
Internationally acclaimed stylist and trainer, co-creator of alternative shows and the Babicz collection. Co-creator of the innovative educational platform babiczonline.com, which is transforming learning in the hairdressing industry.
A passionate creator, he sees each style as a unique story about the individual and their image. Since 2021, a member of the elite Master Education Program at Alternative Hair Show.
